Returns and exchanges: Returns and exchanges are eligible after 7 days of delivery

Damaged and issues:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need proof of your package and will take full responsibility 

Shipping and handling:  Please give us 1-4 days to ship your package.Tracking number will be sent to your via email once shipped.Please double check that your address is correct. We are not responsible for false address, lost and stolen packages 

Our rights:  As being all your fur baby needs, we appreciate all the love and support towards our business.We will make sure every customer of ours is happy and satisfied with our products. Fur Baby Plus has the right to decline/suspend any fraudulent activity to protect our business.
